This includes green coffee analysis, moisture content checks, sample roasting, multiple cupping sessions, and detailed flavor profiling.
Their roasting style is inspired by Scandinavian light roasts, which highlights the unique flavor nuances of each coffee's origin. Since coffee is a fruit, we strive to bring out the fruit notes in every cup.
