After an early morning spent photographing along the River Liffey, I made my way to Shoe Lane. This coffee shop is known for its exceptional selection of single-origin coffees, all sourced from the esteemed local roasters, Full Circle. Alongside their top-tier coffee, the shop offers a delightful array of organic pastries, cakes, healthy treats, sourdough toasties, and artisan sausage rolls, all provided by the best local suppliers.

As I sipped my espresso, I savored the rich, bold flavors while basking in the warmth of the morning sun. The coffee shop’s vintage surroundings, crafted from timber over 150 years old and salvaged from a nearby warehouse, added a touch of history and charm. The handcrafted floorboards, seating, and counter, paired with the friendly service and feel-good tunes, made it the perfect place to start the day. And as I took my last sip, I thought, "This place is so good, even the furniture has a backstory."
