A bit about who they are. Fábrica Coffee Roasters was born from a deep passion for specialty coffee and a desire to share it with Portugal. From the outset, their independent family-run business aimed to create a distinctive coffee experience by being hands-on in every aspect of production.

They cultivate direct trade partnerships with farmers, roast our beans on-site in Lisbon, and provide a diverse array of extraction methods, ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional coffee experience.

The moment I walked in, it was cozy yet modern space. The rich aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans filled the air, promising a calm experience. The barista, crafted my coffee with precision, making every sip a testament to their dedication to quality. This visit to Fabrica Coffee Roasters was a sensory delight, blending visual appeal with exceptional coffee.
